We will personally oversee every aspect of your care, and provide the standard of excellence that you deserve for your home. The full range of care available twenty-four hours a day, when it's needed. Doctors, nurses, rehabilitation and medical services are available on-site.

About Us

Silver Treasures at St. Augustine finds its roots in a tiny house in Mandarin, a community in Jacksonville. Freddie and Jennifer began their journey in assisted living at Silver Treasures at Mandarin 15 years ago.

Their successes lead to the building of Heritage Crossings which was followed by The Legacy at St. Johns shortly after that. The decision to build Silver Treasures at St. Augustine was based on the growing demand for care of family members in an environment that excelled in personal attention and commitment to the specific needs of our residents.
